How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your trial starts immediately when you connect your TikTok Shop. No credit card required. You get full access to Free plan features: 100 orders/month and basic profit tracking. After 14 days, you can upgrade or continue on the Free plan.
Is my TikTok Shop data safe?
Yes. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all stored tokens. We connect via TikTok's official OAuth API — we never see your password. Your data is never shared with third parties.
What TikTok Shop permissions does Foregrade need?
We request read access to orders, products, and returns to calculate profit and track deadlines. Write access to returns lets you approve or reject directly from your dashboard.
How accurate are the profit calculations?
Foregrade uses official TikTok Shop API fee data updated in real time. Accuracy depends on your product cost entries — we show an accuracy indicator on your dashboard.
How often does Foregrade sync my orders?
Automatically every 4 hours on paid plans. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime. Free plan users can sync manually.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export orders, products, and profit data as CSV or JSON from Settings. Your data is always yours.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. Data is preserved for 90 days. Reactivate anytime.

Is Foregrade available outside the US?
Foregrade is currently available for US TikTok Shop sellers only. We're working on expanding to the UK and EU. Join our waitlist at foregrade.io/waitlist to be notified when we launch in your market.
