How to read the dashboard

What each metric on the profit dashboard means and how to interpret them.

Last updated: 2026-04-17

The Foregrade dashboard shows your real profit after every fee, commission, and return cost. Here's what each number means.

Net Profit (the big number)

Your actual profit for the selected time period. Formula:

Net Profit = Revenue
           - TikTok fees (referral, transaction, fulfillment)
           - Affiliate commissions paid
           - COGS (what you paid your supplier)
           - Return costs

This is what lands in your bank account after all deductions — the number TikTok's own reports hide.

KPI cards

  • Revenue — gross sales before any deductions
  • Orders — count of completed orders (returns excluded)
  • AOV (average order value) — revenue ÷ orders
  • Profit margin — net profit as a % of revenue

Time filter

Switch between Today / 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / All time. The filter applies to every metric on the page.

Money Saved

This card shows how much Foregrade has saved you — typically by catching fee anomalies, flagging unprofitable products, or helping you avoid bad return decisions. See Money Saved methodology for details.

Product breakdown

Below the hero, the product breakdown shows your top 10 products by revenue. Use this to find:

  • Products with high revenue but low margin (raise prices or cut costs)
  • Products with negative profit (consider discontinuing)
  • Products with high return rates (see Returns analytics)

Accuracy indicator

A green High Accuracy badge means COGS is set for products representing 90%+ of revenue. Yellow Medium means 50-90%. Red Low means less than 50% — set COGS on your top products to improve accuracy.
