Change your plan or cancel

You can change plans, pause, or cancel anytime from Settings. All billing is handled by Stripe.

Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)

1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Click Change plan
3. Pick Starter, Growth, or Free
4. Confirm — upgrades take effect immediately (prorated charge), downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Cancel subscription

1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Click Cancel subscription
3. You'll see a short exit survey (optional but helps us improve)
4. Confirm — your plan stays active through the end of your billing period, then reverts to Free

What happens after cancellation

• You keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period
• After that, your account converts to the Free plan
• Your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back
• After 90 days, TikTok-synced data is permanently deleted (see Data retention)

Pause instead of cancel

Going through a slow season? Settings → Subscription → Pause lets you pause billing for 30 days. Your data stays intact and your subscription resumes automatically on the same plan when the pause ends.

Manage via Stripe Customer Portal

Prefer Stripe's interface? Click Manage in Stripe from Settings → Subscription. You can update payment methods, view invoices, and download receipts there.
