Refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee)

How to request a refund within the first 14 days.

If Foregrade isn't the right fit within your first 14 days of paid use, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How it works

  • Applies to your first paid charge only (once per customer)
  • 14-day window starts from the date of your first paid charge
  • Covers Starter, Growth, and the Founder's Deal one-time purchase
  • Does not apply to free trial periods (nothing to refund)
  • Does not apply to renewal charges after the first 14 days

How to request

Email support@foregrade.io with:

  • Subject: Refund request
  • Your account email
  • (Optional) a note on why — helps us improve, not required

We confirm within 24 business hours and process the refund via Stripe within 5-10 business days (Stripe's processing window — out of our control).

What gets cancelled

When we refund, we also:

  • Cancel your active subscription
  • Revert your account to the Free plan
  • Preserve your data (you don't lose anything if you come back)

Founder's Deal refund

The £149 Founder's Deal is covered by the same 14-day window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the lifetime grant is final and non-refundable.

Outside the 14-day window

We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods or unused features outside the guarantee window. But you can cancel anytime to stop future charges — no penalties.
